Nicholas knows his area really well, we’ve known him for over 2 years he always keeps in touch, we said to him that we wanted to sell our property and that we would give him a call when we were ready to sell, he called us a couple of times to let us know that he would be there when we needed him. We called Nicholas he gave us an appraisal and we took him on, he did an excellent job of selling our house. We will always recommend Nicholas.
