6 years ago I purchased a tiny 1 bedroom apartment from Nick in Windsor. It was a seamless easy transaction. Over the years, I have bumped into him in the neighbourhood at home opens. When I came to sell, I put him on my shortlist of agents. In the end I selected Nick for his pragmatic approach (ie, no overblown advertising campaigns etc), because he knows this area so well and because he is the opposite of all other real estate agents Ive dealt with (he is not pushy, pitches the right campaign for the product, not salesy, an easygoing guy). To the sale…. This has been the simplest transaction Ive ever been involved in. I was working in NSW for the duration of the sale period; we signed contracts online and I think I saw him once during the whole process. In a 3 week campaign, he achieved a price I wouldn’t have thought possible. During COVID.
