In what appears to be a tough market at the moment we feel Nicholas did his best to get us a buyer. Nicholas did a great job in selling our property. Nicholas recommended we make a couple of changes by painting and adding a few down lights, which enabled us to sell our property immediately. Nicholas kept in contact and kept us up to date throughout the entire contract.
