Nicholas sold our 5 acre property/farm in Broughton Vale, NSW. Due to the unique nature of the property we were seeking someone who would value what we created and look after it. While the selling period covered the intense bushfires in southern NSW, Nicholas persevered and gained us a sensational result. In my experience you can judge a real estate agent's professionalism and integrity by the level of service provided during the selling period and after the sale (between contract exchange and settlement). Nicholas kept us fully informed on a weekly or more basis during the selling period and was honest in his assessment of the market and prospective purchasers. Communications with agents typically disappears after contracts are exchanged, or you are handed off to support staff. From the very first call Nicholas was easy to talk to and took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone. He is very organised and knew who I was on my second call, which was some weeks later. Organising our first viewing of the house he was very flexible and met us there on a Sunday as we could not attend on a weekday. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the area.
