Our interaction with Nick has been professional plus friendly from the first meeting more than a year ago. He is a courteous disposition embued with exception professionalism. He demonstrated these qualities even the trying fee days leading up to the successful auction of our house. Nick is a great asset to the professional team that he is a part of.

We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Makrinakis to sell our home, from start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure from our initial conversations and throughout the whole process. Nick was professional, he was highly knowledgeable about the whole market and made sure we always felt like a priority. at each step in the whole process Nick came through with his commitment to excellence. He also went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of from arranging inspections. Throughout our journey Nick demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation.

Honest and professional

We feel very lucky to have been able to have Nicholas Makrinakis and Bill Lassi from Ray White to deal with when selling our home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience than we have had with these two men. Nicholas and Bill were professional, friendly, and handled everything with aplomb. They guided us through the process with ease, keeping us well informed and advising us accordingly every step of the way. His professionalism and hard work made selling our home smooth and successful.
