Nicholas is responsive, honest and punctual. Not words you normally put together when you talk about a real-estate agent. But he will completely surprise you and make you feel comfortable & relaxed (as much as you can) through this crazy journey of buying a house. Although he is technically working for the seller you still feel like Nic is looking after you. He makes sure you are updated and that you understand each step of the buying process. After experiencing months of Bull-shi*% agents spinning things he was a breath of fresh air and to be honest, probably the main reason we felt so great about buying the house (besides the actual house, of course).
