About Nicholas

Nicholas has real estate flowing through his veins having been exposed to real estate from an extremely young age. Nicholas father started Place Estate Agents in Double Bay before going on to have an illustrious career in development for the last 30 years. This experience left an indelible mark on Nicholas and encouraged him to follow his family’s lineage into a career of real estate. Working as an integral part of Richard Faludi’s team, Nicholas strives for excellence in all facets of a sales process and understands the important of a high-level of customer service. Outside of the real estate world, Nicholas can be found supporting his local golf or rugby club and is involved with a broad range of members from his local community. After graduating from the prestigious Scots College in Bellevue Hill, Nicholas wasted no time and immediately took up a part-time job in Property Management while studying a Bachelor of Business at University. Working alongside some of the most efficient agents at Raine & Horne Double Bay, Nicholas was quick to recognise the expeditious nature of the eastern suburb’s property market. Soon after, he transitioned into a sales position with his newly developed knowledge and understanding of what it takes to thrive against competition in the most rapid-pace property market around the globe.
