From the moment we met with Nicholas we knew that he was the agent for us. Communication with him was easy, open and honest and we felt we could trust him with the sale of our house. The process to get to sale ran smoothly, we had a styling consultant come and help us set our home up for sale, photographs were taken and we got to have input into the marketing side of our campaign.
