Satisfactory knowledge of the real estate industry and *okay* to deal with as far as a given buyer is concerned, Standard old real estate agent narrative though - remarkable communicative efforts in endeavour to promptly obtain section 32 signatures and deposit of sale, thence, once deposit clears and sale is assured communication miraculously ceases (to the extent where I had to request a receipt of transfer of my fairly substantial 10% deposit). All in all, OK experience, wasn't expecting much less, or adversely, much more.
