We bought our new house and sold our old house with Nicholas. He assisted, far beyond what most agents would have, with both the purchase and sale. After purchasing, there were many hurdles we had to go through with Solicitors and the vendors prior to settlement due to there being a dispute. Although he did not have to, Nicholas involved himself and ensured the settlement occurred with as little issues as possible. Our sale occurred late last year as the market considerably slowed down.
