We first met Nicholas back in 2011 when he came to appraise our home for a possible sale. Our circumstances changed soon after this visit, and we decided to rent out the home instead - which we did up until January 2014. During the period that our home was rented, we were living interstate Nicholas kept in contact with us, advising what was happening in the market and getting our thoughts and offering advice. We decided to sell in January 2014 and the house went on the market in March 2014. Nicholas initially came through the house in January and told us exactly what we had to fix and change to achieve maximum result on auction day. He advised us on everything from the colours of the painting, gardening advice and furniture styling. We did everything he told us to do! We trusted him implicitly. Nicholas worked tirelessly on our sale. He met clients at all times of the day, including evenings. He kept in contact on a daily basis during this time, advising us of every interested party, every phone call, every query. His communication was fantastic and kept us at ease during this stressful anxious time for us. The open houses were very funky, relaxed and professional with Nicolas supplying his own soundtrack groovy tunes! He worked incredibly hard for us and we were thrilled with our final result. His local knowledge of the market is incredible - he literally knows every house on every street when it last sold and what the price was. He is completely 100% real estate! He is also just a lovely guy. He is friendly and funny, honest and professional and a joy to deal with.
