We first met Nicholas back in 2011 when he came to appraise our home for a possible sale. Our circumstances changed soon after this visit, and we decided to rent out the home instead - which we did up until January 2014. During the period that our home was rented, we were living interstate Nicholas kept in contact with us, advising what was happening in the market and getting our thoughts and offering advice.
