Unethical and Dishonest
Nick allowed another agent from his office (Mark McPherson) to compromise our auction by selling the adjoining unit off market to an interested buyer after our marketing campaign commenced and four days prior to our auction. Non of which was ever disclosed to us. He also allowed Mark to use our advertising materials (photos and content) for which we paid to advertise the adjoining unit. Nick and the team in this office are unscrupulous, without integrity and lack common respect for their clients or each other.

Hi Melanie,
This is so important to me and I want to assure you that I have contacted head office to carry out a formal investigation as to how the photo was reused without my permission. Sadly, photos can be copied from the internet and I wasn’t made aware this had happened.
While I can’t control the actions of others, I do really appreciate this feedback and will do everything possible to rectify the situation.
I can also assure you my team’s marketing and sales process meant no stone was left unturned to secure the best price.
