It was great experience. Nick had worked hard regardless of the time of the day and was working seven days a week to meet all purchaser. He has excellent communication and negotiation skills. He tries hard to get the highest price. Very friendly with with the purchasers. He helped me to meet the subcontractors to complete any works required in the house when I couldn't be there. He listened to my comments and happy to do what I wanted. He gave me good advices to sell the property at higher price. He helped me in arranging the furniture hire and off hire and did it in my behalf. I recommend Nick for everyone who wants to sell any property. I am looking forward to working with him again.
