I have now sold two properties through Nick and would go again without hesitation. In both cases Nick achieved the best outcome on the day.
We didn't get the price required. Nick tried very hard but a few factors were against us at the time of sale.The federal election and interest rates didn't help us, plus the property market was on the way down. Time will tell if these were the reason for our sale price.
