We know Nick well, and various family members have engaged him on various property sales and purchases over recent years. Nick is highly knowledgeable and capable, and has consistently provided excellent service and support to us, even in a challenging market environment. Listens well, and professional in all aspects of how he works (and also the team he leads). We have no hesitation in recommending Nick for any real estate transaction needs.
The trustworthy, hard working and reliable team at Belle Property Beecroft once again exceeded expectations - would highly recomment them to anyone wanting an honest appraisal and sale process in Beecroft or Cheltenham.
Nick's professionalism, reliability and honesty is something you don't find in many agents. He would always be our number one preferred agent to deal with because of these characteristics. He tells it as it is and does what he says he is going to do. We'd highly recommend Nick. Thanks, Nick for everything you've done for us.
Nick is second to none, with his experience and market knowledge
I never appreciated how valuable is the skill and knowledge when marketing a property for sale - particularly by auction. The strategies suggested by Nick right throughout the campaign were "spot on' in achieving a good outcome. We were always well informed throughout the process.
Nick,Belinda and the team were very professional and helpful
Nick is fantastic to work with, both as a vendor and a buyer. He is realistic, honest, communicative and works as hard as he can to achieve the best result. This is the second time that we have worked with Nick (selling and buying twice). We would highly recommend Nick as the best agent we have ever worked with and look forward to working with him again in future.
Thank you Nick for helping me secure my dream home. You made the process easy and quick. Thank you so much
Words cannot convey how happy we are with Nick and the team at Belle Property Beecroft. We owe our deepest gratitude to them for the sale of our property. They made the process simple and we were extremely happy to sell the property for a fantastic result. Nick is not only a great real estate agent, most of all he is an absolute gentleman. Hardworking, understanding, authentic, honest, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, considerate, a character of high integrity, empathetic, Nick embodies all these characteristics. He exceeded our expectations of a real estate agent. The team at Belle Property Beecroft offer a different experience than other agencies and we are very happy that we engaged them.
Nick help me for the sale of my property. Nick is the only agent who gave a realistic sales price estimate for my house. All other agents gave a low estimate so that a sale can be made easily. I can’t speak highly enough about Nick, his professional skills and the care he gives to his clients. His knowledge of the property market is outstanding and his expertise was invaluable in preparation of the house and land for sale. He responded quickly to any query and could not have been more helpful. Through his hard work he achieved an exceptional outcome.
It is my first home purchase. I feel it is very luckly to meet the very thoughtful vendor and Belle Property team, Nick was genuine, informative and friendly to assist on my inquiries and questions though I do have a lot as this is my first home.
Nick was true to his word and we had a pleasant buying experience with him.
