An outsanding agent

I had used Bell Property to purchase elsewhere and asked my agent what Bell Property was like in Beecroft. It came highly recommended, as did Nick. From the outset, Nick was highly knowledgeable on the area, he knew the local properties for sale, and the overall market. He was very realistic on the value of the property as I did not want an inflated estimate to secure the contract. Nick is very personal, measured, considerate and clam. He was able to take us through each step in preparing the property for auction with a result which well exceeded our expectation. He worked hard for us and kept us regularly informed. He was well supported with a great team of which we are entirely grateful. In short, highly recommended.
