I love a person that can receive my texts at 10.30 at night or flip side, they text me. Nick is a sweet operator of his business tools after hours. When in business, or buying a property, I always prefer to get the information ASAP. My wife also chimed in and said she found it was a great team effort for Nick’s wife Christine to view the granny flat and support at the auction, whilst Nick viewed the main home. Being from Brisbane and not knowing any local agents we were given Nicks number and we engaged him to assist with the sale of my aunt & uncles deceased estate this year.
