Nick was a pleasure to work with. I purchased a property from him and he could not have been more helpful. Not only was his auction day a pleasurable experience where you did not feel 'pushed or hassled' to buy, but he continued to be more than helpful after the sale with documents and dealing with vendors. Will be using him next time to sell my house!
