I found Nick to be a clear and knowledgeable communicator and straight forward.

Demonstrated he knows what he is talking about. I bought a property that I was not going to buy , Nick is a good salesman he hit a nerve when he told me what was going to happen if the other buyer were to purchase next door. It was like he knew what i did not want to hear the over development in this area has gone to far. I will be keeping the dam and trees as is , how ever I will be discussing with Nick the possible prospects of using the front section for commercial purposes.
