Nick had a good understanding of the real estate market in the Huon Valley. The property was marketed well with top quality photos that accentuated the highlights of the property. When significant interest was shown in the property Nick didn't try to rush the process but rather gave people time to fully consider their offer. I believe this resulted in a significantly better outcome for us.
