Nick is well presented and adjusts his approach to match the target audience. Extremely friendly and good at reading people. Very willing and easy to work with. Easy to understand and explained everything in detail which made us feel very comfortable!
Nick & the team at Ray White Norwood have been very helpful, professional & informative at all times. We could not fault any dealings we have had with any of the staff or the Conveyancer that they put us onto. The sale was helped by the very professional photographer that they supplied. All up a sale was sealed within 2 months & we couldn't complain about that. All up we would use Nick or suggest him to someone else when and if the time comes. Roy & Jeanette Platt

Thank you Nick
By all accounts, this sale was far from a traditional process and my wife and I are extremely pleased with Nick's performance. We worked under a very tight timeline, discussed with many agents and Nick managed to provide the best overall value. We believe he conducted himself in a manner that was both fair and beneficial to us as the sellers and the buyers. We appreciate his flexibility and he was very responsive in all communications. We would certainly use Nick again and would recommend him to others without hesitation.
The experience with Nick as a real estate agent had been great; he was very understanding of the circumstances and situations while the process of sale was underway. He did a great job in getting the job done; and I appreciate his involvement with us professionally, and also sometimes personally to get going with the process of sale. I would recommend him to our friends or other family members for the similar business.
Nick was a self motivated and professional agent from the beginning of the process right through to the end. He was exceptional with communication and we knew we could trust him with the sale of our home. Nicks honesty and attention to detail was second to none and he made our journey as sellers positive. It was so nice to enjoy the process and not have a stressful experience and Nick made that possible. We knew nick had our best interest at heart and we trusted him to make the right decisions and he didn't disappoint. We would highly recommend nick to anyone selling their house in the future and we know we will be using him on our future houses.
Nick has been a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process of purchasing my new home. He was always polite, professional and worked towards a great result for all parties involved. The communication that he provided was fantastic and I was constantly updated and kept in the loop with any changes that happened.
Nick was prompt with responses and communicated the status of the settlement with us. He was always on call and followed up immediately with any questions or requests we had. We didn't have to worry about anything in the process of buying a new property.
