I found nick to be very good at what he does.. he was very friendly and infornative.. his communication with us was excellent and his auction skills was outstanding in not only hosting the auction .. but negotiating a best price for our house was absoloutly fabulous i would recommend him to anybody i know who was thinking of selling there home
