Being first home owners we were a little lost with what exactly we were doing. Nick was so helpful and explained every detail of the process so we were able to understand exactly what was happening. He was honest and kept us completely 'in the loop' at all times, provided us with assistance when we needed and was very fast at responding with any queries we had.
