Nick was an enthusiastic, committed, motivated, and professional advocate for the sale of my property while I was overseas. His communication was very clear and organized, and would describe the sequence of events and check-in points throughout the weeks, and this gave me confidence in the process. In just 6 days Nick organized vendors with competitive bids for carpet replacement, garden tidying, power washing, plumbing, and styling, and had the property photographed and listed for sale. I was impressed with his organization and connections, and 'hustle' to get things done. I recommend Nick as your agent for selling a property. Before I was ready to list my property for sale, I initially inquired with multiple agents for their advice and assessment. In the months in between the enquiry and signing with a selling agent, Nick was the only agent who checked in with me every 1-2 weeks providing customized market information and professional observations specific to my property and the area. eg. other properties being listed; comparable quotes for similar property updates at other properties; number of attendees and comparisons to other open houses of a similar standard. It was this initiative and unintrusive regular checkin that maintained the connection and built the professional relationship. Some other agents did not seem experienced or matched my expectations for communication with an overseas seller, but it didn't faze Nick at all and we conducted all communications via WhatsApp and email without an issue. Nick made himself available as needed. A different agent had long delays securing vendors to perform updates, and it was refreshing to experience Nick's 'hustle' to get the property ready for sale in just 6 days. The agency was professional and communicated clearly, and was priced fairly.
