Gets the job done

I was on the buy side and dealing with Nick was easy. We put in an offer prior to auction and Nick communicated with us clearly from the beginning. He didn't try to play games with us, unlike some agents who lead you along resulting in nothing. Nick was direct and played a straight bat. We were informed and didn't have false expectations. The deal was done in 24 hours, exchanged and happy. Good guy with a sense of humour.
