Nick was extremely knowledgeable and offered great advice around what offers to expect and the market at the time of sale. His communication was first rate and we were never left waiting or wondering, no question was too small or too difficult. This was especially important to us as we currently live in Europe. Nick was extremely professional and his knowledge from the start to finish of the whole process made us feel completely at ease. In the end the sale for us was stress free and very smooth and we thank Nick for that. Nick is someone you can trust.
