Nick will take much of the anxiety out of selling by his friendly, supportive approach and his experience. Being a first time seller I had very little idea what I was doing - luckily I was in good hands. My place sold within 2 weeks of listing, prior to auction, which will allow me to get on with buying a new home a bit quicker.
