We entered this process with a healthy level of scepticism about real estate agents. Nick quickly won us over with logical presentations and testimonials regarding aspects of the marketing strategy we were wary of. Insisting we trust the process and his expertise, we did just that - and were dumbfounded at Nick’s tenacity and regular reporting to us. It started with an excellent marketing campaign - a phenomenal video; great photos; FaceBook teasers; outstanding newspaper marketing and ringing possible leads, following up real estate.com and domain enquiries which became a weekly conversation. On site, private inspections were well organised and open homes were quick, reliable and well patronized. Nick consistently communicated EVERYTHING with us - we weren’t left wondering or with any questions. And the result? say we’re stoked is an understatement. I think Nick even surprised himself! He certainly surpassed all of our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Nick to anyone in Griffith.
