Selling a property is always stressful for a vendor but Nick was always there as a mentor, providing frequent communication and advice throughout the Auction campaign. His professional work ethic and client care was exemplary. He always listened to what we wanted and strived to achieve a fantastic outcome at Auction.
We found Nick to be very proactive with the sale of our first home and with the potential buyers. Nick kept in contact with us on a very regular basis and a weekly face to face catch up, some people may find this a little too much if you have a busy schedule, but for us i had the time so didnt mind. Nick had a short time frame to work with which i think it was 5 weeks and recommended an auction to reach our asking price. Nick was on the ball throughout the whole process and got us our asking price on auction day without any issues. I feel the advertising price was too much considering what other agents charge but overall Nick is highly recommended and we were only too happy to have nick guide us through the process by making it very easy for us.
I would recommend Nick to anyone interested in buying or selling property. He kept me informed about the sale of my property and answered any questions I had.
Overall Nick was a go getter and a good person to sell, he is naturally gifted in being able to sell anything! He has an amazing amount of enthusiasm which was evident where he gave 110% in communication, but when it came to the business end was unable not due to lack of effort to get an outcome in price, that was equal to both the seller and the purchaser in relation to the conservative valuation of the property made by a bank. The sale became more about turnover than achieving sellers expectation. Unfortunately the advocate of asking prospective buyers how much they would pay is in theory flawed as most buyers are firstly not certified valuers and secondly its human nature that everyone is after a bargain. I would recommend Nick for any sale as he genuinely tries amazingly hard but I am not to sure that his direction is in the same way as the sellers best interest but in saying this he could be under the direction of the Agency.
