Nick was everything I could have expected of an estate agent throughout the whole buying and selling process. He answered every phone call or if he was not available he called straight back. I also liked the way Nick interacted with us and his professional conduct. Nick was very approachable and easy to communicate with.

Communication was very good and the team was very friendly, but I was disappointed when settlement day came. There wasn't a sticker saying SOLD on the sale sign, I waited a few days to see if maybe there will put one, but 10 days after settlement I had to ask the agent why was the sign still there saying "for sale". After this it was removed, but I was never able to take a photo with the sign saying "sold" which is a bit disappointing since you don't but I house everyday.
I was very anxious in selling my house but after explaining how I was feeling to Nick he fully understood and kindly went through the process step by step making me feel more at else ans knowing this is the agent I would like to sell my house. Cannot express my thanks enough.
