Nick had been my property manager for my investment property for several years now in Dakabin QLD. During this time he has been eceptional at keeping rental incomes at market values. Any issues have been quickly resolved, with no problems at all from my point of view. When it came time to sell this property I had no hesitation in asking Nick to be the selling agent. He sold the property very quickly at an exceptional price. I would have ZERO hesitations asking Nick to sell a property or be the property manager of a Rental in the future. Thanks again Nick.
