I’m very pleased to have worked with Nick/Clarke and Co on the sale of my property recently. Nick was able to sell my property for a higher amount than any other similar blocks recently sold in the area. Nick and the team put in a great deal of effort to chase leads and find buyers throughout the summer holiday period and negotiated firmly on our behalf for a fair value. They know the market and the area exceptionally well, including having connections to the estate managements. Nick/Clarke and Co kept us very well informed by using WhatsApp to talk directly to my partner and I so we both had the same information at the same time. They would call for any bigger updates or time critical conversations, and we received a monthly status report via email which included statistics on who’s engaging with our online advertisements, submitting an expression of interest, etc. They also made everything easy for us, they dealt with your solicitor directly, gave us good advice and genuinely worked with us to achieve an outcome that met our needs. They genuinely listened and tailored their approach based on what they learnt from us, and they did an amazing job of displaying our property and advertising it in a way that captured what was truly special about it. I couldn’t recommend Nick and Clarke and Co enough if you’re buying or selling.
