I first came across Nick Clarke at an open house many years ago where he took down my details. Nick kept in touch with me over the next year or two and narrowed down exactly what I was looking to purchase and rung me late one Friday afternoon and had found exactly what I was after, I then purchased the property off him. Through this experience I realised that if I wanted to sell my house, Nick was the go to person as he has a network of potential buyers he is trying to help find the perfect property for. I had a target sale price of $600,000 for this property and he was able to achieve this for me relatively quickly.
