We were keen to move onto the next stage in our lives and that involved selling our family home. We had seen Nick Clarke's photo on so many of the PRD signs around our area and had watched the "Sold" signs going up very fast and thought he must be "The Man". He also came recommended to us by two lots of our friends who had also recently sold their homes. A private viewing and subsequent 1st offer on the Thursday, two further offers on the Friday and the deal was done - in less than three days - Significantly more than the original estimates!!! We were thrilled!!! His "just touching base" phone calls throughout the sale period and up to settlement day kept us in the loop and well informed throughout the whole process. Very impressed!!!
