First let me say where we went wrong - we had 2 attempts to sell our home before we found Nick Clarke; the first was less than inspiring with the buyers just not being brought through the door and after 9 months of failed open homes and despair, we had no chance but to pull it off the market. Our second effort was with an agent from a major name in real estate; surely someone with all the awards would be an asset in our corner, however being in a millionaires club didn't give them what it took to accurately appraise or enthusiastically sell our home. We then came to Nick (finally!). How refreshing. Nick was honest, open, listened to what we wanted, he gave us options right along the way, balanced with sound professional advice. Nick's strategy was transparent, and he took us through a well prepared set of comparable properties. He agreed with us what we needed from the property. Told us what he thought he would be able to realise for us. Then set a price in order to achieve it. Nick brought us a full price offer on the EIGHTH DAY our home was on the market with him. Not only that, but it was sold for $105 000 MORE than the previous agent's initial appraisal. You cannot argue with results. Nick Clarke delivered for us! I sort of wish we hadn't moved out of the Hunter; I would be using Nick Clarke and his team over and over again. I genuinely would recommend Nick Clarke without hesitation, and unconditionally.
