We were very happy with the service and outcome from Nick and his team. Most important to us was the great communication - calls were always answered quickly or promptly returned and we were kept fully informed of the progress of our sale. Nick and Sean knew what they were doing and put together a great package that drew in lots of people for inspections and many serious offers. Unlike the rushed and disinterested approach from the other agents that we approached, Clarke and Co took the time to look carefully at our home, explain things, answer questions and their personal approach.
