Nick helped the reviewer sell this property

When everyone else said it couldn't be done, NICK DID IT!!!

When the Government announced the changes to SMSF lending to purchase properties, my husband and I went back and forth as to whether we should sell our investment property. When we approached agents that were from the real estate that our properties were managed through, we were essentially told we had missed the boat for a sale prior to the August deadline. Disheartened by this response, we spoke to a friend who recommended Nick (from Clarke & Co). When we called Nick initially, he was very optimistic that we could meet the deadline and get a great price for our property and asked us to trust him. Nick said that he would only set the agency agreement for 30 days and that we had nothing to lose. We signed the agency agreement on the Friday and by the following Wednesday, contracts had exchanged...all before that elusive Government deadline that we were told by others that we would never meet. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick & his team if you were looking to sell. There is a reason why he is a top agent and so successful!!! On a side note, personality wise Nick was awesome. He was always happy, friendly and approachable. Nothing was ever an issue, and his communication was top notch too!
