Great Agent

We Chose PRD to sell our home only because we had heard of Nick Clarke and the great outcomes he was able to achieve. On meeting Nick for the first time we knew we had made the right decision. A very likeable young man as was his assistant James. We felt very comfortable with them. Now being semi retired we had bought and sold many homes over the years dealing with many different agents. Nick outshone all of them with his professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm. After each private inspection and 2 Open Houses, Nick rang us immediately to inform us of the feedback and present offers to us. Any call we made to his mobile ,if he was unable to answer at the time were returned as soon as he could. Nick sold our home within 4 weeks and we were very happy with the price.
