Nick is an excellent communicator who took the time to genuinely understand what we wanted, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always happy to take the time to talk things through and give us honest, realistic advice. The communication from the entire company continually impressed us. Everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive, approachable and kept us informed throughout the process. We always felt like we knew what was happening and that our questions and concerns were genuinely being listened to. Nick's market knowledge and negotiation skills were excellent, and we really appreciated that he was honest and realistic rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear. He was professional while also being very genuine and easy to deal with. Selling a property can be stressful, but having an agent and a team who communicate so well and genuinely care about their clients made the whole experience much easier.
