We were so pleased with the fantastic service and the excellent final result that was achieved. Nick Clarke was ably assisted by Donney Ristevski and by an awesome team who were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. I had previously had some experience dealing with Nick and was very confident with his advice, market knowledge and professionalism. Right from our initial meeting and valuation Nick was always available to discuss any concerns or thoughts that I may have had and was always open to to hear my suggestions. Throughout the whole process Nick and Donney kept us thoroughly informed with very open and clear communication on a very regular basis. We achieved a better than expected sale price which was in the range that Nick had said we would achieve. In conclusion we would have no hesitation in recommending Nick, Donney and the whole team at Clarke & Co to any prospective sellers.
