Not like the others!
Nick and the team at Dignams were efficient and effective at getting my property to market and getting a sale. Nick was reliable and did everything he said he was going to do including the sale amount, keeping me in the loop about strategy and when it needed to change and calling when he said he would. The inspection by appointment (I only had buyers look at my property) and only paying $200 for photos...NOTHING on advertising was a philosophy that all agents should have! I highly recommend Nick & the team at Dignams.
