I recently sold my unit in Glenorchy and all of a sudden I became homeless even though I had a place to stay. I did a couple of weeks house sitting and I was over carting my things around. I went in to Harcourts and saw Nick Cowley and told him what I was looking for. He sent me an email on the Sunday about the house in Lawson Street that was having an open home on the Wednesday which I told him I would attend then he sent another email to ask me if I wanted to view it on Monday. I knew as soon as I entered the home that it was my house. I put in an offer and went to the open home on Friday then again on the final open home on Saturday when all the offers would be presented to the owner. Nick must have been sick of me calling him all the time as I was so stressed thinking that I was going to miss out. I was very happy dealing with Nick as he could tell I was really nervous about the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick as he was very professional in all that he did for me.
