After using Nick for a previous sale, I continue to be really impressed with his responsiveness and also how well he treats both me as the Vendor but also works with the buyer and even the legal and conveyancing side to make the process as smooth as possible, despite some challenges that pop up way outside of Nicks control such as building defects etc.
