Nick's performance could of been likened to an Olympic gold medal win. His knowledge of the market was exemplary and his marketing reached a very large audience all the way to the USA! We only required one buyer but within hours of our open home we had several and again Nick's skills in negotiations was exellent. Nick delivered above and beyond in every aspect, was very friendly and followed up every last little detail with enthusism.
