I’ve noticed other real estate agents play around and waste your time and are not honest with the pricing of a property as they play a quiet auction game even when the house is not on auction and this disgusts me. On other hand I found Nick to be a nice real estate agent that’s understanding and gets the job done quick and easy and doesn’t waste time or play silent auction games.
