Nick was amazing. We purchased a property from him a few years ago and everything went smoothly. Last year we decided to use Nick again to sell one of our properties. Wow, wow wow. What can I say? He said we would probably obtain a higher price then what we had ever dreamed of. I honestly didnt want to believe him after having another company also give us a price. Nick was 100% correct. Our house sold in less than a week and we acheive the full asking price. Don't be afraid to put your price a bit higher as there are so many people right now wanting to purchase. They will only spend what they think your house is worth. Nick, if we ever have another house to either purchase or sell we will be coming back to you, that's for sure.

Not impressed with 'service', poor communication skills, poor timeliness of reply’s and messing up response of offers. Received the list of offers as if I were the seller. No support as a buyer from interstate. Failed to receive an email said to be sent and with a time sensitive nature of these transactions, time is important. No building inspector was recommended as ‘couldn’t get hold of him’.

He has an old-school, authentic approach to business and we trusted his services every step of the way. He kept us informed every step of the way.
