AS GOOD AS IT GETS

I have now bought and sold 4 properties in WA and NSW, 2 of those were holiday accommodation businesses. I purchased Azabu Boutique Accommodation through Nick in Jan 2014. I have been very fortunate to have had a great run with all agents that I have used in the past 20 years HOWEVER, Nick is by far the absolute best agent I have come across. Genuine, likeable, honest, good sense of humour, positive, optimistic, hard working and above all non pushy. He has amazing empathy for his clients. He is a machine re getting back to mobile phone or email messages and is very generous with contacts , if like me, you have just arrived into the Byron scene. All the people Nick has recommended me too, like himself, were lovely people and great business people at the top of their games. I couldn't recommend Nick enough and I'm not even on commission !! Feel free to ask Nick for my number if you need a verbal re this gentleman but he is definitely as good as it gets re real estate agents anywhere in oz. That will be 3 x bottles of Moet Nick...just kidding.
