Nick was great he went out of his way to ensure the Vendor & Buyers obtained the best and fairest price possible. His market knowledge and research of the area is second to none. He was honest straight forward and very professional. He was responsible for brokering the deal between both parties. At all times ensuring that both parties had a Win/Win. A few times a third party (solicitors) went off into a different direction that nearly destroyed the deal.
