Great local agent that gets results!

We selected Nick initially because we saw his name on lots of "For Sale" signs in the area and he was a local agent. At our first meeting we were impressed with his straight forward honest approach and his great knowledge of the local market. Nick advised us exactly what needed to be done to the house to get it ready for sale and was also realistic with the price range. Nick provided clear deadlines for us, so we knew what was happening at all steps in the process. He was always flexible with our requests and always available to show people through the house.
