Overall I was very happy with Nick. One recommendation to Nick (and many other agents) is to ensure that all their clients agree to “make good”, fix and attend to anything generic that is needing fixed. The other not negotiable would be ensuring that the house has been thoroughly cleaned including windows. (Get them to sign a form of intent) It’s not hard and if we all did it it becomes the norm. It’s a huge commitment spending hundreds of thousands of dollars and the very least that the seller can do is to leave the place In Good condition, I call it good Karma
